•The student must have a high school diploma or a specialized secondary certificate or its equivalent with an approved general grade every year.
* Not to have been dismissed from any of the colleges or higher institutes.
* The applicant must be committed in thought and action to the principles, goals and values of a free civil society.
* Be of good conduct.
* The applicant must successfully pass the entrance exams and personal interviews.
* Permanent residence in Libya for non-Libyan applicant for the period of his studies.
* The student must complete the administrative procedures for registration.
* Enrollment within the specified dates.
* To pay the specified tuition fees and expenses in accordance with the rules and regulations in force at the university.
* Successfully pass the personal interview exam.
The number of graduation hours is 135 hours
