First – It is required for students who wish to join the study in the Department to:
1- apply for enrolment during the specified dates
2- have a High School completion certificate or its equivalent
3- be healthy and free from infectious diseases
4- has good conduct and behaviour
5- pledge to pay the study fees according to the university approved regulations
6- devote himself to studying at the university as a regular student
7- To pledge to abide by the regulations and systems in place in the department and university
Second – the requirements for Students who wish to transfer to the Department:
1- The applicant applies to his documents at a date of no less than a week before the start of the semester
2- Bring original documents such as high school certificate, transcript, and course description
3- The transferred from university is required to be accredited
4- Bring a statement not to be dismissed from the college transferred from
5- Student documents are examined and their authenticity is confirmed
6- The approval of the General Registrar of Alrefak University
7- The approval of the scientific committee of the Department
8- Equation and Accreditation are made
9- The student is informed of the position he will be in the department.
3. Completion students
Students obtained a high qualification (high diploma) and want to complete university studies, where the subjects that the student previously studied are calculated
It is conditional that the student does not change the specialization, that is, a number of remedial subjects that qualify it to obtain the university degree in its specialization) is added
After the students are divided into the previous groups, they must attach the following documents to complete the registration process:
1. The original High school certificate or its equivalent (in the case that the student gets it from outside Libya).
2. Birth certificate and passport photo for expatriate students.
3. 6 personal photos
4. certificate of character
5. Health Certificate
6. National number.
7. Reveal the original and approved grades transcript from where the student transferred if he studied at another higher educational institution before joining the university.
8. Attach the graduation certificate and reveal the grades transcript in the case of students who have obtained a higher diploma and wish to complete their studies with the same specialization
